Jekaterina Manuyko is a professional cook with more than 15 years of experience in the culinary industry. Jekaterina has worked in the most famous restaurants and hotels in Tallinn, including Egoist restaurant, Radisson Hotel and Swiss Hotel (Horisont restaurant).
Her current specialty is granola production. She has spent years mastering the art of creating delicious and nutritious granola, experimenting with different ingredients to find the perfect combination of flavor and texture.
Using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, Jekaterina creates granola that is not only delicious, but also healthy.
